your birthday , as well as occupation . To be able to secure your
visa at the airport, booking must be made at least 2 weeks in

There is no ATM machines , credit cards are not used. Very small
number of hotels do accept credit card, but machines &
connection are not reliable to clear the charges and approve
the transaction.

This is a cash only country , do not count on using traveler
checks.

For the 5 star hotels expect them to be at the intentionally
recognized 4 star levels, and the 4 stars Libyan
rated to be really 3 stars level.

No alcoholic beverages may be brought into Libya , its not allowed
to sell , buy, or consume any alcoholic beverages. There
are no night clubs in Libya.

Libya will not issue you a visa, if there is an Israeli stamp
in your passport.

Domestic
flights are always subject to changes and / or cancellation
, even on a last minute basis.
In
Libya, surprises are the order of the day! An invitation to a
